Aberdeen debuts on National Chart

Aberdeen debuted at #15 for the month of November. Beating out DonHenley of the Eagles new solo album, as well as the band Los Lobos among others. I am right there chasing SteveMartin ( yes the comedian.. he is a banjo playing fool) and Edie Brickell,
The Bottle Rockets and the Master himself, Bob Dylan.
This is a national radio chart based on airplay from stations across the country.

River of Tears ~ Track for the Day ~ Internationally

John Godfrey's The Troubadour Show coming out of Spain, picked up on River of Tears and selected it as the Track of the Day for the week of October 14, 2015.
John is a True Americana Man check out his show as he supports the artists and the music of Americana. He really puts together a great show. An absolute honor to be sharing a a show with the likes of Emmy Lou, Neil Young, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Townes, Steve Earl and Bruce Springsteen. Wow! This is a fun ride! Cant wait to see what is around the bend.

Charting in the month of October AT #18

We kicked off our Radio campaign in early October and got immediate results. The First week we were at #28 on the Americana/ AAA ADP Chart chasing Roseanne Cash, as well as Steve Martin and Edie Brickell. The following week we climbed to #13. The last week of the month we were at #19 just behind Gregg Allman and John Mellencamp which would have been special enough to share the chart with two artists who certainly have helped shape and influence my  writing and voice. But at #3/ Elvis Presely... the King.... If I was ever told I would one day be on a chart with ELVIS.. i wouldn't have believed it for a second but there I was.

Aberdeen also cracked the Top 50 Albums ADP Chart sneaking in at #49 across the country.
For the month we ended up at #18 for the month of October 2015.

Very pleased and looking forward to the next phase of the radio promotion!

WNHU ON THE AIR AND LIVE IN THE STUDIO

It was great to spend some time with Bob D'Aprile in the studio at WNHU on his program Connecticut Rocks. We talked we laughed. I played a couple of songs he spun a few and it was all good. Connecticut rocked!

Aberdeen gets its first spin In Allentown.

River of Tears made its debut today SEPTEMBER 12, 2015.
'A great new single, River of Tears.' ~ Chance Austin, WLVR ~ Allentown, PA.
Hoping it will be the first of many stations to get it on the air. It is one of my favorites on the record and was glad it was the one that was chosen.
